USE OF RECORDINGS
To provide services, video calls may be recorded. Participants consent to the recording, and by continuing on the recorded call, Participants are deemed to have consented. Participants understand that the recording may be used to market, publicize, or otherwise promote High Tides Consulting’s products and services. High Tides Consulting is the exclusive owner of all rights in the recordings. Participants understand that there will be no compensation if a recording is used for these purposes.
WAIVER OF RIGHT OF PUBLICITY
Participant grants High Tides Consulting an irrevocable license to reproduce and use their name, photograph, image, likeness, statements, video, voice, biographical information, or testimonials (collectively, “Likeness”) in its marketing, publicity, or promotional materials, including but not limited to use on social media platforms. Participant grants High Tides Consulting the right to use, edit, and reuse their Likeness in any media, whether known now or after devised throughout the world and in connection with informational, marketing, and promotional activities, materials, and campaigns. Participant waives all claims for remuneration for such use. Participant waives all rights to inspect or approve all draft, beta, preliminary, and finished material.
