Will I get a reminder?
You will get email reminders however to ensure you don’t double-book your slot, make sure to add it to your personal calendar using the “Add it to your calendar” button on your email confirmation.
Can I Change a Booking
We understand emergencies can happen. Because we hold space on our calendar for you, it is no longer available for other clients. So if anything comes up, please remember to change/reschedule within 24 hours notice. Paid appointments that are cancelled in less than 24 hours notice will be billed at the standard rate, and your time will be forfeited.
Where do we meet?
We will meet over zoom per the credentials sent to you with this confirmation. Please note that sessions are automatically recorded on this account to aide with capturing the details of your needs. All information is kept confidential and recordings are automatically deleted within 2 weeks after your appointment.
