ABOUT DEIB ACTION PLANNING
As part of our DEIB Grow and Change program, we offer a condensed Action Planning session for leaders who are engaging in active Diversity Equity, Inclusion and Belonging strategy. In this session your team will use results of your internal assessment report and SWOT analysis to craft your highest priority next steps across 4 strategic areas across DEIB work. This session is part of our one-year DEIB Strategy programming and comes as session 4 of 6 in the facilitated workshop series.
