This learning path is ideal for teams seeking to redefine their relationship with inclusion and to craft a culture of belonging that others can emulate throughout the organization. Teams partner with HIgh Tides and our Data partners to craft a custom belonging survey to establish a baseline assessment, create goals and further customize six learning experiences for your team to align on DEIB vision and strategy. We then monitor progress with pulse surveys as your team receives coaching via Community of Practice sessions and inclusive leadership coaching for all people managers as you execute the strategy your team has co-created.
