When we think about the bias that enters into decision-making, it is easy to look to hiring decisions as the scapegoat of all our corporate biases. But what if we could examine all of our decisions with an equity lens and truly challenge our biases at each stage in the decision-making process?
In this workshop, you will come to understand the prevalence of bias in your everyday workspace and practice a 4-step framework to address decision-making from a place that allows for the increased transparency that thrives in inclusive work cultures.
